Alberto F. Tujman

 

  Mr. Tujman specializes in business, banking and financing, and administrative law. He has worked on highly complex and important matters as advisor to national and multinational companies regarding business, corporate and contract issues; he has participated in many
major corporate mergers and acquisitions of companies and business contracts. In addition, Mr. Tujman has a broad experience in matters related to the public sector, infrastructure companies and privatizations.

Mr. Tujman is founding partner of Tujman & Associates - Attorneys-at-Law since 2001. He was co-founder and President of the American University Club of Argentina (1994-1998), the Argentine club of alumni of such university.

 

Mr. Tujman was professor of Corporate Law at the School of Law of the University of Buenos Aires and has been a speaker in several seminars on various legal matters in Argentina and abroad. He graduated with an honorable mention from the School of Law of the University of Buenos Aires in 1987 and received his LL.M. (Master of Laws) from American University, Washington College of Law (Washington, D.C.) in 1990.

Mr. Tujman is a member of the Buenos Aires Bar Association and the San Isidro Bar Association. He is fluent in English, both oral and written.
