Mr. Persic is a member of the Board of Directors of Banco Meridian S.A. He was formerly the legal manager of Providian Financial Corporation in Argentina (2000-2002), where he also held the office of legal director of Providian Financial S.A. and Providian Bank S.A., local subsidiaries of such corporation. He practiced with Quattrini, Laprida & Asociados (1993-2000), advising national and foreign clients, and with Ellif y Asociados (1990-1993), representing several local companies in labor and litigation matters. He previously joined Banco de la Nación Argentina (1989-1990) as counsel, specializing in litigation matters.

Mr. Persic graduated from the School of Law of the University of Buenos Aires in 1987. He is admitted to the Buenos Aires Bar and the San Martin Bar. He is fluent in English, both written and oral, and speaks Italian.
